Our CEO - Alice Adams
Alice Hopkins Adams, CEO, came to East Houston Regional Medical Center in 2011 from Texas Orthopedic Hospital where she served as Chief Executive Officer from 2007-2011. Prior to working at HCA Gulf Coast Division facilities, Adams worked in other hospital settings as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Nursing officer and Assistant Director of Nursing.
Adams holds a Master of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and received both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and Associate Degree in Nursing from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. Adams is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Adams has been married for 24 years and enjoys spending time with her family including two sons, two dogs and one cat and also makes time for favorite activities including time with friends, jogging, fishing, and water sports.
